Stacey Haskel

Stacey Haskel is an accomplished appellate attorney at the Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff and serves as the firm's General Counsel. Her practice centers on advocating in state and federal appellate courts, drafting persuasive briefs, analyzing trial records, and assisting trial counsel in framing issues and preserving the record for appeal. Her appellate work spans premises liability, construction accidents, automobile accidents, and police abuse and civil rights cases. In one notable appellate victory, she persuaded the Second Department to reinstate actions against the City of New York and the New York City Board of Education, holding them responsible for negligently hiring a teacher who abused multiple students. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Fordham Law School.
