Gordon Levinson

Gordon Levinson is a trial attorney for personal injury cases in Southern California, serving San Diego, North County, and the surrounding region. He spent his early career as an insurance defense litigator, representing some of the largest insurance companies in North America, which gives him an insider understanding of how those companies evaluate and fight claims. He served as an associate at several firms from 1996 to 2003, then as a partner at a personal injury firm from 2004 to 2007, before founding the Levinson Law Group. His prior insurance-side experience lets him build customized case strategies that maximize recovery for injured clients. Unlike many personal injury attorneys, he has substantial jury trial experience, which insurance companies weigh when deciding whether to settle and for how much. The firm, led by Mr. Levinson, has recovered tens of millions of dollars for injury victims and bereaved families throughout Southern California. He is an advisory board member for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and supports local charitable organizations through the Levinson Foundation. Outside the office, he is a musician, avid surfer, and youth basketball coach.
