Shannean Specht

Shannean L. Specht has been an attorney at Levinson Law Group since 2014, focusing on fighting for injury victims' rights and preparing cases for trial or settlement. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa in the top 10% of her class from San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in political science (minor in English), then earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego. During law school, she clerked at the United States Attorney's Office, the San Diego District Attorney's Office, and the San Diego City Attorney's Office, gaining hands-on experience in prosecution and victim advocacy. At the U.S. Attorney's Office she worked in the Defensive Tort Litigation Unit, handling personal injury cases on behalf of the federal government, which gave her direct insight into how large institutions defend civil claims. She is licensed to practice law in California and works across the firm's practice areas including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, and wrongful death.
