Joseph Lassalle

Joseph "Jerry" Lassalle was born and raised in Kenner, Louisiana, and has kept his practice close to home throughout his career. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Legal Studies from Tulane University, then a Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where he focused on trial advocacy, moot court, and arbitration. He began his legal career defending healthcare providers across Louisiana courts, developing trial skills across a wide range of proceedings. He then joined one of New Orleans' largest personal injury firms, where he recovered tens of millions of dollars in settlements for injured clients. He joined LJB Legal as a trial attorney with a focus on car and truck accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and products liability. He is licensed in all Louisiana state courts and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana. He was named a Louisiana Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and was listed in The Best Lawyers in America for 2026.
