Mark Feuerstein

Mark Feuerstein is an associate at Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi P.C. and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York. He specializes in truck wrecks, slip and fall cases, and wrongful death matters. Before joining the firm, Feuerstein worked at a New Jersey civil defense firm representing commercial clients in personal injury lawsuits, giving him an inside perspective on how insurance carriers evaluate claims and the tactics they use to minimize liability. He also served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, assigned to the Special Victims Unit, where he prosecuted domestic violence, weapons possession, and narcotics distribution cases. Earlier, he clerked for the Honorable Nesle A. Rodriguez, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage, Criminal Division.
