About Michael Maggiano

Michael Maggiano is the founder and senior partner of Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi. He has specialized in motor vehicle collisions, including auto, trucking, bus, and train accidents, for over 45 years. He served as part of the trial team in the largest construction accident case in New Jersey history and was counsel in the In re Amtrak Train Disaster of 2015. His practice spans inadequate security cases, medical malpractice, and a wide range of personal injury matters, routinely achieving seven- and eight-figure recoveries. He received the New Jersey Association for Justice Gold Medal Award, the Professor Clapp Lecturer Laureate from the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and the Mel Award from the Melvin M. Belli Society. Chicago Kent College of Law recognized him with a Lifetime Achievement Award as one of its most distinguished alumni in its 125-year history. Maggiano is certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
