Rachel Mosser

Rachel Mosser is an attorney at Maginnis Howard, where she handles personal injury cases throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Her practice covers personal injury, daycare negligence, wrongful death, automobile accidents, dog bites and animal attacks, and tractor-trailer wrecks.

Mosser earned her B.A. in English and B.S. in Criminal Justice & Criminology from the University of South Carolina in 2017, and her Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2020.

She is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar (2020) and the South Carolina Bar (2022). She is also licensed in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina (2021) and the U.S. District Court of South Carolina (2023).

She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association, the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, the Campbell Alumni Association, and was selected for the NCAJ NEXT Cohort 2024-2025. She has received the Trial Lawyers 40 Under 40 designation.
