Briana DeMaster

Briana DeMaster is a Senior Associate Attorney at Malman Law in Chicago, focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home neglect and abuse cases. Originally from a small town in Michigan, she earned her B.A. in Biology from Roosevelt University before attending Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she excelled in her tort and legal writing courses. After law school, she worked at a personal injury firm in Metro Detroit and a medical malpractice defense firm before joining Malman Law to advocate for injured clients. She was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2024 to 2026.
