Dylan Kosson

Dylan Kosson is an Associate Attorney in Malman Law's Workers' Compensation practice, joining the firm in July 2024. Before joining Malman Law, he spent approximately seven years as a union-side labor law attorney, handling collective bargaining, arbitration, employee discipline, discrimination, contract grievances, and pandemic-era worker issues. He also served as acting union president for hundreds of Department of Veterans Affairs employees in the Chicago area. Dylan grew up in Rockland County, New York.
