Bartley McNally

Bartley M. McNally is an associate attorney at Marasco & Nesselbush, representing clients for disability claims within the firm's Social Security disability practice group. A Rhode Island local, Bart spent over a decade and a half working as a commercial diver before turning to law, driven by a passion for helping people. His years performing physically demanding work in the marine trades give him a particular understanding of the experiences and needs of clients seeking SSDI or SSI benefits. Bart graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 1992 and earned his law degree from Northeastern University in 1995. He is admitted to the practice of law in Rhode Island. Bart is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and has served on the Board of Directors for both CODAC and Newport County Community Mental Health Center.
