Jane Duket

Jane R. Duket is a partner at Marasco & Nesselbush. A native of Newton, MA, Jane works with clients who are injured, frustrated, and overwhelmed, advocating for their needs and working toward the best possible resolution for each client's situation. Jane has dedicated her legal career to representing medical malpractice victims and personal injury clients.

Prior to attending law school, Jane worked as a child advocate in the Boston area, where she recognized how many people were unable to advocate for themselves and needed assistance but did not know where to turn. She is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, including the U.S. District Courts for the District of Rhode Island and District of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Women's Bar Association and serves on the Board of Governors of the Rhode Island Association for Justice.
