About Mark Grimm
Mark H. Grimm is a partner at Marasco & Nesselbush with more than 40 years of experience. Mark helps clients who, through no fault of their own, have suffered life-altering injuries. He strives to help individuals and their families receive the compensation they deserve while ensuring that those who were careless are held accountable for their actions. Mark has successfully litigated numerous civil cases, obtaining multiple million-dollar recoveries on behalf of clients. He is the author of the chapter 'Creating a Discovery Plan' in the professional reference book 'A Practical Guide to Discovery and Depositions in Rhode Island' (2010) and has served as an Adjunct Professor in Medical and Legal Malpractice at Roger Williams University. Mark graduated with honors from Brown University in 1980 and from Boston College School of Law in 1984. He is admitted to the practice of law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Mark is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Rhode Island Association for Justice, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
