John Eads III

John T. Eads III is a Partner and Co-Chair of Trucking and Transportation at Marko Law Firm. An accomplished trial attorney with over 35 years of experience, he specializes in high-exposure litigation across trucking, personal injury, and medical malpractice.

Eads earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1990 and his Bachelor of Arts from Hillsdale College in 1987. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the District of Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Eads has presented oral arguments before the Michigan Supreme Court in trucking injury cases. His honors include Best Lawyers in America (2018-2025) and Super Lawyers (2006-2016, 2024). He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, DRI, the Litigation Counsel of America, and the Trucking Industry Defense Association.
