Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School as a Dean's Scholar with a full tuition scholarship. He earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University's Honors College, studying abroad in Beirut, Lebanon. He is admitted to the State Bars of Michigan and Illinois, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the District of Columbia, the Southern District of Florida, the District of South Dakota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Joseph's recent notable verdicts include a $76.7 million premises liability verdict against Kroger Company of Michigan (June 2025), an $8 million accidental shooting verdict in Lapeer County (May 2024), and a $4.5 million pedestrian verdict in Washtenaw County (March 2024).
