Charles Davis

Charles W. Davis, Jr. is a personal injury attorney at Marks & Harrison, focusing on personal injury, car accidents, and trucking collision cases. He joined the firm's Richmond office in 2013 and established the firm's Tappahannock office in early 2017.

A Tappahannock native, Davis graduated from Essex High School. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and a double major in politics and sociology from the University of Virginia. He worked as a clerk at Marks & Harrison for more than two years before joining the firm as an attorney. He has been voted to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 two consecutive years.
