Michael Hart

Michael Hart is an associate at Martinez, Hart, Sanchez & Romero, P.C. He graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Law, then completed a two-year judicial clerkship for the Honorable David Herrera Urias in the Federal District Court for the District of New Mexico, where he gained exposure to complex civil litigation and the federal criminal justice system. Before law school, Michael attended Bosque High School and Georgetown University, where he earned academic honors and received the Chieffo Award for excellence, creativity, and initiative in visual art. He has worked in auto repair shops, as a welder, in restaurants, and on construction crews. Born and raised in Albuquerque, Michael focuses his practice on work-related injuries, personal physical injuries, civil rights violations, and matters involving individuals marginalized by disabilities.
