Lindsey Macon

Lindsey S. Macon is a Partner at McArthur Law Firm and leads the firm's Atlanta office. She specializes in catastrophic injury claims, including those arising from automobile and trucking accidents, construction negligence, negligent security, and medical malpractice.

Macon joined the McArthur Law Firm in 2019 after practicing at King & Spalding in Atlanta and clerking for the Honorable Hugh Lawson in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

During her time with the firm, she has participated in several successful jury trials, including the record-setting medical malpractice verdict in Houston County of $12 million and a $13.75 million medical malpractice verdict in Bibb County.

Macon earned her Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law in 2015, graduating Cum Laude. She was a member of the Alaska Law Review, the moot court board, and the mock trial team.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors and highest distinction.

She is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
