Denish M. Mandalia is a Senior Attorney at McGee Lerer Ogrin, a California personal injury law firm. With over a decade of legal experience, he focuses on catastrophic injuries, premises liability, serious accidents, and trial advocacy. Mandalia brings unique perspective from his prior work as a defense attorney, where he represented large corporations and insurance companies in complex litigation. He began his legal career at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Halluck from 2010 to 2013 representing real estate developers, contractors, and subcontractors, and then joined Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar handling lawsuits involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, and other complex litigation matters. Before law school, he worked as a consumer products brand developer, advertising account executive, and real estate construction defect consultant. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2011. While at Chapman, he served as Editor and Law Review Symposium Editor on the Chapman Law Review, was a Moot Court Honor Board Top-Four Finalist, and a national-level competitor in oral advocacy. He received the Excellence in the Future Award for Legal Research and Writing (top of his class) in 2008 and for Gambling Law in 2010. He is admitted to the California State Bar (Bar #277905).
