Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith practices personal injury law at Meshbesher and Spence, representing clients harmed by the carelessness of others. Her practice covers brain and spinal cord injuries, serious burns, medical malpractice, car and truck accidents, dog bites, product liability, premises liability, and wrongful death. She earned a B.A. from the University of Montana (2002) and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota (2010). She holds an AV Preeminent rating and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Minnesota Super Lawyers and as a Top Woman Attorney in Minnesota by Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine.
