About Jonathan Mester
Jonathan D. Mester joined Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy in 1998 as an associate and now serves as Managing Partner and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. He focuses primarily on medical malpractice cases, including obstetrical malpractice in which newborns suffer severe deficits such as cerebral palsy, along with complex personal injury matters involving serious injury and death. A member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Jonathan has been selected for Ohio Super Lawyers since 2010 and was named Best Lawyers 'Lawyer of the Year' for both medical malpractice and personal injury litigation in 2024. He is proud of the jury verdicts he has obtained, including multiple verdicts exceeding one million dollars and the first medical malpractice verdict in several years in Columbus, Ohio, on behalf of a four-year-old girl in 2013.
