Chelsea Ragan

Chelsea Ragan is a personal injury attorney at O'Malley Tunstall PC in North Carolina. She joined the firm in 2023, focusing on car accidents and personal injury matters.

Before joining O'Malley Tunstall, Ragan served as a partner at a large personal injury firm and previously worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Gastonia, North Carolina, representing indigent clients in criminal court.

She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Geography from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, where she was named a South Carolina Bar Foundation Public Interest Fellow.

She is licensed in North Carolina and a member of the Durham County Bar Association, the 16th Judicial District Bar, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the NCAJ Women's Caucus.
