Aimee Martuccio Whitsell

Aimee Martuccio Whitsell is a Lead Attorney at Parnall Law Firm in New Mexico.

Whitsell earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2004 and her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History cum laude from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA in 2001. She is admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.

Whitsell began her career as a Children's Court prosecutor, then transitioned to civil law in 2008, initially practicing medical malpractice defense and working for a national malpractice insurance company. In 2017, she shifted to plaintiff representation. She grew up in Western Pennsylvania as one of five daughters in an Italian family.
