Christopher (Chris) Love focuses on appeals in state and federal courts, class action litigation, and complex trial-level litigation throughout Washington. He pushes the limits of the law to secure justice for the injured and victimized, and provides appellate consultation for other law firms in multi-million-dollar matters. Chris secured the Washington Supreme Court's landmark decision in W.H. v. Olympia School District holding that school districts are strictly liable for employees' sexual abuse of students under the Washington Law Against Discrimination, and successfully defended on appeal a $1.45 million verdict against the Olympia School District. He served as judicial law clerk for seven different Washington Court of Appeals, Division III judges from 2009 to 2013. Chris is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (2024-2025) for Personal Injury Litigation and has been selected to Thomson Reuters Washington Super Lawyers since 2023.
