About Darrell Cochran
For over three decades, Darrell Cochran has represented personal injury clients throughout Seattle, Tacoma, and Washington state, winning hundreds of cases and negotiating millions of dollars in settlements. He has taken on and defeated corporations, religious organizations, government agencies, and school districts, taking the fight for justice to the U.S. Supreme Court. Darrell has appeared for argument in the U.S. Supreme Court, argued cases in the Ninth Circuit, and litigated before the Washington Supreme Court and all of its appellate divisions. He testifies and lobbies the Washington State Legislature on behalf of victims' rights and served as an Adjunct Professor teaching product liability at the Seattle University School of Law. Among his recognitions: Law360's 2021 Personal Injury Editorial Advisory Board member, Litigation Counsel of America Senior Fellow, and American Board of Trial Advocates member. He served as President of the Washington State Association for Justice from 2017 to 2018.
