About Nicholas Gillan
Nick Gillan focuses on holding corporations and entities accountable for their role in sexual abuse, manufacturing defects, toxic chemical exposures, car accidents, catastrophic injuries, construction accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death in Seattle and throughout Washington. As a youth, Nick was fascinated with the judicial system and legislative process, and his experiences in pro bono and clinical legal work during law school reinforced the important role private attorneys play in holding institutional powers accountable. Nick served as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Elayna Youchah at the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada in 2021 and graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2023 with a Dean's Scholarship. He is Treasurer of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association's New and Young Lawyers Section.
