About Michael McNeil
Michael McNeil is an attorney in Tacoma whose practice covers civil litigation, with particular focus on representing current and former military members and their families in employment (USERRA), complex personal injury, and military medical malpractice claims. Prior to law school, Michael served as an active duty Combat Engineer (12B) in the U.S. Army for nearly nine years, including two deployments to Iraq in 2006 and 2008, before medically retiring. He earned his business degree from Washington State University (summa cum laude) and his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law, where he won the 1L Mock Trial Competition and the Steve Calandrillo Contract Negotiation Competition. He was selected to the school's TYLA National Mock Trial Team and Moot Court Honor Board.
