Ruthann James

Ruthann James is a Partner Attorney at Phillips Law Group in Arizona, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, and negligence cases. She has approximately 30 years of legal practice experience.

James joined Goldberg & Osborne in 1994 as a personal injury attorney and later served as Managing Attorney there until 2006. She subsequently opened her own practice before joining Phillips Law Group in 2009.

She earned her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Literature and Communications from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York.

James was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1993, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court in Arizona. She is a member of the Arizona State Bar, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
