Victor Pribanic

Victor H. Pribanic is the founding member of Pribanic & Pribanic and an award-winning personal injury and medical malpractice attorney. A graduate of Bowling Green State University and Duquesne University School of Law, Victor began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Pittsburgh before founding the firm in 1984. His practice covers personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, automobile defects, birth injuries, business litigation, civil trials, and criminal defense. Victor devotes 95% of his time to litigation. He has obtained numerous seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements, including a $103 million accounting malpractice verdict, a $21 million product liability and hospital malpractice settlement, and a $2.2 million defamation verdict in New Jersey.
