Steven November

Steven November is an Associate Attorney at the Raphaelson & Levine Law Firm with more than 30 years of legal experience. He represents seriously injured plaintiffs in construction accidents, premises liability, product liability, and motor vehicle accident cases, drawing on a varied earlier career that included representing hundreds of individual, municipal, and corporate clients.

Steven is known for his meticulous attention to detail and personal approach to client service. As he describes his own approach: he lives in the fine print and uses careful attention to every clause and document to earn his clients full compensation. His appellate and trial-level work has produced significant results, including a $4.5 million settlement after he secured summary judgment on liability in Titus Stewart v. 301-303 W. 125 LLC, a construction worker case involving a building demolition collapse, and a $2.2 million settlement in Sterbinsky v. 780 Riverside Dr., LLC, in which he obtained an appellate victory in a window well grating collapse case.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Vassar College (1982), a Master's in Secondary Science Education from Hofstra University (1985), and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law (1990). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey (1990), New York (1991), and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
