Jermaine Sellers

Jermaine Sellers is a personal injury attorney at Ricci Law Firm in North Carolina with over a decade of litigation experience. His practice covers car accidents, truck accidents, workers' compensation, drunk driving accidents, wrongful death, motorcycle accidents, brain injury, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases.

Before joining Ricci Law Firm, Sellers served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Wake County District Attorney's Office, as a Special Deputy Attorney General at the North Carolina Department of Justice (where he prosecuted Medicaid provider fraud), and as an Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

He has conducted more than 100 bench trials and hearings as well as more than a dozen jury trials across his various roles.

He earned his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
