Tamara Van Pala Skrobacki

Tamara Van Pala Skrobacki is a personal injury attorney at Ricci Law Firm in North Carolina. With over a decade as a trial lawyer handling complex legal disputes across the Carolinas, she has served as first chair in more than 20 administrative trials.

Her practice covers car accidents, truck accidents, workers' compensation, wrongful death, personal injury, motorcycle accidents, brain injuries, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases.

Van Pala Skrobacki earned her Bachelor's degree magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina Honors College, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, received the McKissick Scholarship, and the G.G. Dowling Student Award. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, where she made the Dean's List, served as Senior Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review, and won First Place in the J. Woodrow Lewis Moot Court Competition.

She is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar, the South Carolina State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.
