About Nicholas Vogt
Nick Vogt is a Baltimore native who graduated from Mount Saint Joseph High School and pursued undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina before earning his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Gregory Sampson on the Baltimore City Circuit Court. He then joined a respected local firm handling general casualty, professional liability defense, employment law defense, and premises liability defense, and later spent years as an in-house trial attorney for a large national insurance company, gaining negotiation, courtroom, and appellate experience defending personal injury claims. He brings that defense-side background to Rice Law as an advocate for injury victims.
