Jake McDaniel

Jake McDaniel was born and raised in McComb, Mississippi. He graduated from Parklane Academy in 2011 and attended the University of Mississippi, where he was accepted into the Croft Institute for International Studies and earned his bachelor's degree in 2015 with concentrations in global economics, business, European studies, and French. He subsequently worked at a local law firm before attending Mississippi College School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in May 2020. He passed the Mississippi Bar Examination two months later and is licensed in all Mississippi state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts within the state. While in law school he clerked for the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance. Jake joined Richard Schwartz & Associates in January 2021 and focuses on personal injury and premises liability cases. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and is a member of the American Association for Justice.
