Peter Brady

Peter F. Brady is a trial attorney with over 40 years of experience representing plaintiffs in state and federal court. He has handled claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, slip and fall cases, product liability, and construction site accidents, including matters under the New York State Labor Law. In 2025, Pete achieved multiple six- and seven-figure settlements in motor vehicle, construction, and medical malpractice cases. He has also served for many years as an arbitrator and mediator in accident cases throughout Western New York, a role that gives him a broader perspective when representing seriously injured clients.
