Ryan Sullivan

Ryan K. Sullivan is a trial attorney licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts whose practice focuses on complex litigation and appellate law. Before joining RisCassi & Davis, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Alexandra D. DiPentima, Chief Judge of the Connecticut Appellate Court. He graduated from Western New England University School of Law magna cum laude, received 17 CALI awards for academic excellence in courses including Torts, Products Liability, Civil Procedure, and Evidence, served as Note Editor on the Law Review, and received the Benjamin D. Novak Award for outstanding legal writing. He also interned with the Office of the Public Defender and clerked at RisCassi & Davis during law school. Throughout his career at the firm, he has achieved multiple seven-figure settlements and judgments for his clients. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch honoree every year since 2023, and received a Rising Stars award from the ALM/Law.com New England Legal Awards in 2025.
