Sean Stokes

Sean Stokes began his legal career at RisCassi & Davis, P.C. as a law clerk and was hired as an attorney immediately upon his admission to the bar in 2015. During his initial tenure at the firm (2015-2019), he was recognized by the Connecticut Law Tribune as a 'New Leader in the Law' and as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, and in 2017 he obtained one of the top 20 verdicts in Connecticut in Litchfield Superior Court. In 2020, he moved to Portland, Oregon, where his practice focused on cases involving semi-trucks, commercial motor vehicles, and large corporations, and he obtained tens of millions of dollars in recovery for his clients. He returned to Connecticut and rejoined RisCassi & Davis in 2024. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in Personal Injury Litigation and Product Liability every year since 2021. He is admitted to the state and federal courts of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Oregon.
