Gary Silverstein

Gary A. Silverstein has been a Partner at Rosenberg, Minc, Falkoff & Wolff since 2001, having joined the firm as an associate in 1989. He graduated with a B.S. from SUNY Oneonta in 1983 and earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1988. Over roughly 35 years at the firm, he has handled complex tort cases and recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for victims of medical malpractice, construction accidents, automobile accidents, defective products, and negligently maintained premises. A sampling of jury verdicts includes: $3.2 million against a prominent Manhattan eye surgeon; $2.4 million on behalf of a Kings County construction worker; $1.6 million for a Brooklyn grandmother in a medical malpractice action; and $1.1 million for two men assaulted at a residential apartment complex. He has also settled hundreds of millions of dollars in claims for clients injured by slip and falls, construction accidents, and traumatic brain injuries.
