About Robert Wolff
Robert H. Wolff is a Partner at Rosenberg, Minc, Falkoff & Wolff. He graduated cum laude from SUNY Albany in 1978 with a B.A. in Psychology and American History, then attended St. John's University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team and the Criminal Law Society, graduating in 1981 with a J.D. He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars and to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York, and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the N.Y. County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Bronx Bar Association, where he served as Bar President from 2011 to 2012 and currently chairs the Board. After law school he practiced civil and criminal law before joining this office in 1987, becoming a partner in 2000. He has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts across all types of personal injury cases.
