About Eric Rossman
Eric S. Rossman has dedicated his career to representing clients in employment law, medical malpractice, and personal injury litigation in state and federal courts throughout the western United States. An Idaho native, Eric graduated from Boise State University (B.B.A., Business, 1989) and the University of Idaho (J.D., 1992). He is admitted to practice in all of Idaho's state district courts, the Idaho Court of Appeals, the Idaho Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth and District of Columbia Circuits. Mr. Rossman has tried upwards of one hundred cases to a judge and jury and has recovered through trial or settlement an amount in excess of half a billion dollars for his clients. He is frequently called upon to speak before trade associations, corporate HR representatives, and attorneys regarding matters within his areas of expertise. Among his honors is the 2021 Idaho State Trial Lawyer of the Year. He almost exclusively represents individuals and families facing catastrophic injury or death, and has secured some of the largest jury verdicts in Idaho history, including a $13.5 million medical malpractice verdict believed to be the largest ever obtained by an Idaho-based lawyer. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
