About Bradford Bowen
Bradford L.W. Bowen focuses his practice on wildfire litigation, complex vehicle injury cases, and mass tort matters including PFAS litigation. He has worked on more than 20 wildfire cases nationwide, representing thousands of individuals, families, businesses, and trusts impacted by major fires. He helped lead the legal team that secured a $1.8 billion recovery for victims through the Fire Victim Trust in proceedings involving PG&E. In Maui fire cases, he worked on more than 300 affected households and helped secure $25 million for an impacted resort and $13 million for a cannabis business. He holds a J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and a double major in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder. He also holds certificates in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online and in Applied Business from the University of Colorado Boulder. Before civil litigation, Bowen served as a Deputy District Attorney in Contra Costa County, where he developed investigative and courtroom skills he continues to apply as a plaintiff's attorney.
