Dillon Besser

Dillon Besser grew up in Topeka, Kansas, the son of a long-haul truck driver and a special education teacher. He attended William Jewell College in Missouri and then the University of Iowa College of Law, graduating in 2016. After four years in civil and criminal litigation at Elderkin and Pirnie PLC in Cedar Rapids, he joined RSH Legal in 2020. Most of his practice focuses on workers' compensation: representing employees who have been injured on the job and are dealing with lost wages and medical needs. He previously served as a judicial intern in the Missouri Court of Appeals and as a research assistant to U of Iowa law professor Sheldon Kurtz. He is a past president of the Linn County Bar Association's Linn Law Club and a past president of the Iowa State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
