Jason Butt

Jason Butt grew up in small-town eastern Iowa and is a seventh-generation Iowan. He has practiced civil litigation since 2001, spending more than 20 years defending insurance companies and corporations before switching to represent injured and disabled clients. He joined RSH Legal in 2024. He attended Arizona State University College of Law, where he was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar and a finalist in the Berch Appellate Moot Court Competition, graduating in 2001. He and his wife have four children and continue to live in eastern Iowa. He is admitted in Iowa, Illinois, and Nevada (Nevada inactive).
