About Charles Ruhmann IV
Charles Julius Ruhmann IV founded the Ruhmann Law Firm with a single guiding principle: people deserve a voice for justice. He opened the personal injury and employment litigation practice to give plaintiffs the strength and commitment of an experienced trial lawyer to stand up against well-funded insurance defense teams. Charles focuses on personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, workplace injuries, construction accidents, dog bites, and wrongful death. He also handles employment litigation, including claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio in 2004, where he was Vice-Magistrate and Member of the Phi Delta Phi National Honor Society and competed on the Moot Court team. He earned his B.A. in History from Baylor University in Waco in 1997, graduating on the Dean's List as a member of Phi Alpha Theta. He has been a member of both the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association since 2005.
