
About Pablo Lopez
Pablo S. Lopez is an associate attorney at Scherr Legate whose path to law is rooted in the El Paso borderland community. Born in El Paso and raised in Ciudad Juarez, he was inspired by the resilience of people in the region and developed a passion for advocacy at Cathedral High School in El Paso. He joined the firm in the summer of 2017 as a file clerk and grew into his current role as an associate attorney, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of personal injury law from drafting motions to supporting trial preparations. Pablo graduated from the University of Houston Law Center, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law and led multiple student organizations. He was sworn into the Texas Bar in October 2024. In his first year of practice, Pablo served as lead counsel in a case that produced a $5.7 million unanimous jury verdict for the family of a man killed in a bar fight assault.
