Rodrigo Ramos

Rodrigo V. Ramos, known as Rod, spent the first ten years of his law career at Scherr Legate before leaving to build his own successful practice for fourteen years, where he gained experience in criminal and family law in addition to personal injury. He returned to Scherr Legate with a broader background and now works primarily on motor vehicle and premises liability cases. Rod was born and raised in El Paso and followed his father and uncle into law, earning his undergraduate and law degrees at the same school they attended. He takes pride in guiding clients through the insurance claims process, recognizing that most plaintiffs have never dealt with insurance companies in this context before.
