About Elizabeth Hanley

Elizabeth Hanley is an experienced plaintiffs' trial attorney and shareholder at Schroeter Goldmark & Bender, where her work continues the firm's 55-year tradition of advocating for those who have been harmed. She represents individuals who have been sexually abused or discriminated against, crime victims, individuals who have suffered wrongful death or serious personal injury, and employees subjected to unlawful practices individually or on a class-wide basis. She is currently leading a multi-plaintiff lawsuit on behalf of more than 100 women who allege they were sexually abused by Tri-Cities OB-GYN Mark Mulholland. She served as president of the Washington State Association for Justice for the 2024-25 term and currently serves as Secretary of the American Association for Justice Council of Presidents.
