Cody Scharpf

Cody Scharpf joined Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben in 2020 and brings with her experience and compassion when helping people through often the most difficult time in their lives. She worked as a law clerk while she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2015 from William Mitchell College of Law. Cody received her undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University with a B.S. in Paralegal with an emphasis in Criminal & Civil litigation and Commercial Law. Even though the majority of Cody’s career has been on the defense side for insurance companies, she always knew that she wanted to return to representing plaintiffs at some point. It was that experience that helped Cody learn what insurance companies are looking for and will enable her to get great results for her clients. Since 2020, Cody has dedicated her practice to solely representing individuals who were injured due to no fault of their own. Cody’s experience includes all aspects of personal injury litigation including car and truck collisions, motorcycle crashes and general liability cases. She is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota.
