Christopher Burrell

Christopher Levar Burrell is a lifelong Birminghamian who attended Birmingham city schools and graduated from West End High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Alabama and his law degree from Birmingham School of Law. Over more than 15 years of practice, Chris built a thriving criminal defense practice across nearly half of Alabama's 67 counties, winning over 85% of his cases. He then joined Serious Injury Law Group, where he now focuses exclusively on accident, injury, and wrongful death cases. In the legal community, he holds leadership roles within the Alabama Lawyers Association, the Birmingham Bar Foundation, and the Magic City Bar Association. He also serves on the boards of the Mike Slive Foundation for Prostate Cancer Research, the RESPECT Organization, and IAmGreatness, Inc. Chris is an elder and board trustee at More Than Conquerors Faith Church.
