Clarisse Kobashigawa

Clarisse Kobashigawa is the firm's lead attorney in its Honolulu office, concentrating on civil litigation including personal injury cases, complex commercial and business litigation, real property and land use disputes, civil rights matters under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, toxic torts, pharmaceutical litigation, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Creighton University and her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law, where she received the CALI Award for excellence in Commercial Law. She brings over fifteen years of private practice experience with jury trial experience in Hawaii's federal and state courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums.
