
About Jared O'Connor
Jared O'Connor has dedicated his legal career to representing injured workers in all fields, from firefighters and healthcare workers to construction workers and delivery drivers. He earned his B.A. in English and Philosophy, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire in 1995 and his J.D. from Boston College Law School. He has been admitted to the New Hampshire bar since 2003. He has presented over 75 cases to the New Hampshire Supreme Court, establishing precedents including job reinstatement protection for part-time workers, recovery for repetitive stress injuries, and medical marijuana reimbursement in workers' compensation claims. He was appointed as the attorney member of the NH Governor's Commission to Study the Incidence of PTSD in First Responders and serves as claimant counsel representative on the NH Workers' Compensation Appeals Advisory Board. He has been repeatedly recognized as a Super Lawyer in workers' compensation and received the Granite State Advocate Award from the New Hampshire Association for Justice.
